About BGMC

Our team and experts

The people behind BGMC’s learning programs.

BGMC’s educational work brings together experts in developmental neurology, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, education and rehabilitation. Public-event speakers, course faculty and program coordination play different roles. Individual event agendas and course schedules identify who contributes and what they will discuss.

Experts across the lifespan

The September 26 forum brings together Debra May’s educational perspective, Xue-Jun (June) Kong’s clinical and precision-medicine perspective, Margaret L. Bauman’s developmental-neurology experience, and Thomas H. Gassert’s work in environmental and occupational health. Their profiles connect these areas with the BGMC events and learning sessions in which they appear.

Faculty and the curriculum

Xue-Jun (June) Kong is listed as course director for Precision Neurodiversity & Brain Science. Across six Saturdays, the published curriculum pairs specialist sessions with clinical-integration discussion: early brain development, assessment, genetics and biomarkers, mental health, emerging technologies, and everyday lifespan support. The faculty directory lists each person’s scheduled topic and date.

Program coordination and collaboration

Questions about registration, Chinese learning support, team training or an institutional visit go through BGMC’s contact and partnership forms. Include the program name, your organization and the learning question you want to address so the team can review the request with the right context.
