By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 18 or older to register, donate or make an inquiry on your own. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to do it for you or with you. You agree to provide accurate information when registering for an event, donating, or creating an account, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Registration confirms your intent to attend an event and reserves your spot where capacity is limited. Event details, formats, and schedules may change, and we'll do our best to notify registrants of significant changes. Registrations are personal to the attendee and aren't transferable without contacting us first.

Where an event is offered as a recording, access is limited to people with a confirmed registration for that event, checked by the email address they registered with. Access is for your own personal, non-commercial viewing. Please don't share your access, record, copy, or republish the recording without our written permission.

Any fee is shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. See the Refund Policy for how refunds work for event registrations, abstract fees and donations.

Donations are processed securely through Stripe. By donating, you confirm the funds are yours to give and that the information you provide is accurate. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law — contact us if you believe a donation was made in error.

BGMC annual membership is not yet open for enrollment. Terms specific to membership — including renewal, cancellation, and access to member benefits — will be published here once membership launches.
