孔学君
Academic Chair & Co-Founder
Harvard Medical School / Boston Children's Hospital
Credentials: Dr. Kong is a researcher and clinician at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and directs the Synapse Lab. With more than 30 years of cross-border clinical and research experience, she has published over 70 papers in international journals.
Contribution & Vision: As the mother of a child with autism, Dr. Kong has contributed to autism (ASD) biomarker discovery, clinical trials, and multimodal intervention research, and developed the SYNAPSE digital early-intervention system — dedicated to translating cutting-edge precision-medicine research directly into frontline intervention and teaching practice.
Psychiatry & Brain Development
Stanley Cobb Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School
Credentials: Professor Keshavan is a psychiatrist, clinical scientist, and educator, and currently serves as Academic Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Research & Clinical Impact: He has spent his career researching brain development, early neurological intervention, and neuropsychiatry, receiving dozens of NIH grants and publishing over 100 papers. His involvement brings academic guidance to BGMC's work in lifespan neurodiversity care, early screening, and translational clinical medicine.
Pioneer in Neurodevelopment & Autism Intervention
Former Associate Professor, Harvard Medical School
Credentials: Dr. Bauman is a pioneer of autism neuropathology research. She spent much of her career at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, and founded the LADDERS Clinic for neurodevelopmental care and rehabilitation.
Key Achievement: In 2011 she received the International Society for Autism Research's Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Bauman has spent decades championing an interdisciplinary, medicine-education-integrated model of intervention that has contributed to establishing autism clinical-rehabilitation pathways worldwide.
Occupational Health & Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
Credentials: Dr. Gassert has extensive teaching and clinical research experience at Harvard, Boston University, and UMass, and is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).
Contribution: He has long served as an environmental and occupational health advisor to the World Health Organization and other international bodies. At BGMC, he brings deep experience in global multidisciplinary collaboration, compliance, and cross-cultural program operations to the rigor and inclusivity of our international training programs.
Clinical Psychology & Assessment
Associate Professor of Psychology, Harvard Medical School
Credentials: Dr. Stone is a senior psychologist and psychiatric researcher at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Research & Clinical Impact: With more than 25 years of experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and neuropsychological testing of neurodevelopmental and psychiatric conditions, Dr. Stone advises on the academic content of BGMC's programs and curricula for clinical psychological assessment, differential diagnosis, and outcomes measurement.
唐新
Neuroscience & Genetics
Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery, Harvard Medical School / Boston Children's Hospital
Credentials: Dr. Tang earned his degree at Pennsylvania State University and completed his postdoctoral research at the Whitehead Institute at MIT, receiving multiple independent NIH research awards, including R01 grants.
Research & Clinical Impact: Dr. Tang searches for new targets for neurodevelopmental disorders at the level of genes, cells, and brain network mechanisms. His frontier research brings BGMC one of the field's most current perspectives in biomedical and gene-translational medicine.
潘(包)澜
Director, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & Frontline Curriculum Design
Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Researcher, Queens College, CUNY
Credentials: Dr. Pan earned her degree at Barnard College, Columbia University, and holds a master's and doctorate in behavioral neuroscience from the City University of New York (CUNY).
Contribution: With extensive clinical teaching experience in New York and Boston, she pairs rigorous academic research with a talent for turning frontier tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into practices that special-education teachers and program administrators can put to work directly — making her a core engine behind BGMC's medicine-education integration.
