Request access or deletion of your data

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information BGMC holds about you — for example an event registration, an inquiry, or an abstract submission.

Use the form below and choose the same email address you used when you registered or submitted. In the message, say what you'd like us to do. We'll reply to that email address to confirm it's you before changing or removing anything, and we'll confirm once it's done.

Deleting a registration also removes your access to that event's recording. Some records (for example payment records held by Stripe) may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons; we'll tell you if that applies.
