Refund Policy

Registration for free events, including access to a recording of a free event, costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Any registration fee is shown on the event's registration page before you pay, and again on Stripe's secure checkout page. There are no additional fees added afterward.

If BGMC cancels an event, or changes it so significantly that you can no longer attend (for example, a different date), you may request a full refund of your registration fee.

In other cases, contact us with your registration reference and we will review your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

The abstract review fee is separate from symposium registration and does not guarantee acceptance. It becomes non-refundable once the abstract enters review. Contact the team before paying if you would like to ask about a fee waiver.

Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate or wrong amount), contact us as soon as possible and we will review it.

Annual membership is not yet open. Refund terms specific to membership will be published here before it launches.
